It is easy to report fly-tipping to the appropriate District Council. Once an incident is reported, the council will come along within a few days to clear it away.
Most roads in and around Keyham are the responsibilty of Harborough District Council.
However, the road to Beeby from the "triangular" junction is down to Charnwood District Council.
